Meet Stephen
Hi, I’m Stephen Hodgson, your Home Sales and Listing Specialist, Recently named #14 top producing agent for Vista Sotheby’s International Realty. I am well into my second decade of calling the beach cities home, and I have spent my career here running community businesses, and growing my own companies located throughout our South Bay. I fully dedicated myself to Real Estate in 2018 in order provide my neighbors and friends with the trustworthiness I have earned throughout a career of exceptional service, and have succeeded by prioritizing family morale, leaning on connection, and maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion as a default.
My wife, Natalia, and I chose the South Bay to raise our two young sons, Orrin and Teddy, because we wanted them to be able to live and play in one of the most incredible communities in the world, and I am happy to serve our community in that light. We love being able to call Manhattan beach our home, as do our boys!
You can find me downtown at my office, out enjoying a round of golf, or attending local car meets and area track days; yet I still dedicate time to serve on the MBUSD school board as an SEAC, a proud supporter of the MBEF, and an involved member at the Journey of Faith Church.
